Da wir uns familiär vergrößert haben, ziehen wir zum 1.6. 2024 um und suchen nun Nachmieter für unsere schöne, helle Wohnung in der Europacity (10557 Berlin-Mitte). Die Wohnung ist knapp 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Wir haben die barrierefreie Wohnung 2019 im Erstbezug bezogen.
Neben 2 Schlafzimmern gibt es eine offene Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne sowie ein separates Gäste-WC.
Eichenparkettboden, Glasfaseranschluss, große Fenster sowie eine von drei Seiten zugängliche Loggia gehören zur gehobenen Ausstattung.

Achtung: Wir vermieten nicht selbst, sondern dürfen dem Hauseigentümer einen Nachmieter vorschlagen. Erfüllt dieser die Voraussetzungen, steht einer Anmietung nichts im Wege.

Wichtigste Voraussetzung: Das Haushaltsnettoeinkommen sollte 3x so hoch sein wie die Gesamtmiete.

Abstand: 1050 Euro
Wir haben die Einbauküche professionell durch den Küchenhersteller erweitern lassen und geben einen Oberschrank und die maßangefertigte Geschirrspülerfront für 300 Euro ab (exkl. Geschirrspüler) sowie einen Einbaumülleimer für 50 Euro. Außerdem haben wir maßgeschneiderte Gardinen und Schienen im Wohnzimmer, die wir für 700 Euro abgeben.

Bei Interesse ist eine Besichtigung vor Ort gerne möglich.

As we have expanded our family, we are moving on 1st June 2024 and are now looking for new tenants for our beautiful, bright flat in Europacity (10557 Berlin-Mitte). The flat is less than a 10-minute walk from Central station (Hauptbahnhof).
We moved into the barrier-free flat in 2019.
In addition to 2 bedrooms, there is an open-plan kitchen with living and dining area, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate guest WC.
Oak parquet flooring, fibre optic connection, large windows and a loggia accessible from three sides are part of the upscale furnishings.

Please note: We do not let the property ourselves, but may suggest a new tenant to the owner. If this tenant fulfils the requirements, nothing stands in the way of renting.

The most important requirement is that the net household income should be three times the total rent.

We need new tenants from 15th June 2024.
