Atelier-room to share f. (Fashion-) Design/Artists

Hey creative ppl out there !

I am Sarah, fashion designer looking for a creative mind to share my atelier room with :

Beginning :
Either 15.05. or 01.06.

Location :
.. Is the amazing Gaswerksiedlung hosting many artist (you might now it from markets or events such as gART.n)

Studio#35 :
It is a completely new double unit studio over an entire floor. It has nice wood floors, plain white walls and the space is getting set up right now (so please don't mind the little mess in the photos). There will be an open kitchen with common-area, 2 toilets and additional 4 separate rooms.

The studio will have wifi, cleaner for deep cleans, insurance, coffee + tea, nice furnishing in the common area + kitchen and 24H access.

Room :
One of these separate rooms is mine/ours (approx. 15,4sqm). You will find an industrial and domestic sewing machine, domestic overlock, drafting/drawing/work table, iron, painting corner, normal a4-printer, storage (for both of us), desk with big screen to link to your laptop and other things. I am open to sharing my main supplies/machines but if you have something of your own we can discuss how and where to set it up.

Preferably looking for someone in a similar creative field but I am not limited to it.

Rent : approx. €260/month warm (depending on sharing machines)
